Information about appointments Please call to schedule and discuss appointments. When therapy is requested for children and younger adolescents, an initial session for the parent or parents will be scheduled to review developmental and family history.

Cost for Services The regular fee is $160.00 for a clinical hour (45-50 minutes).  Couple’s Therapy joint session and Co-Parenting sessions (in situations of separation/divorce) are sixty (60) minutes in length and are billed at $200.00. Formal psychological assessments and forensic (court related) services are provided at a different schedule of rates. In certain circumstances, acceptance of in-network insurance reimbursement will result in a different fee schedule. Payment is due at the time of service, and cash, check, Master Card and Visa are accepted. After the first month of treatment, monthly billing may be arranged. Also, monthly statements will be provided upon request. In certain circumstances, it may be possible to arrange for lower fees based on need. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have about the fee arrangement. Health Care Insurance Many insurance policies provide reimbursement for psychological services. However, policies vary widely and do not always provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. A statement of your account will be available on a monthly basis for submission for possible reimbursement. Please feel free to discuss any questions or concerns about this matter.
