Rates
The regular fee is $180 for a clinical hour (45-50 minutes). Couple's therapy joint sessions and co-parenting sessions (in situations of separation/divorce) are 60 minutes and are billed at $220. Formal psychological assessments and forensic (court-related) services are provided at a different schedule of rates. In certain circumstances, acceptance of in-network insurance reimbursement will result in a different fee schedule.
Payment is due at the time of service. After the first month of treatment, monthly billing may be arranged. Monthly statements are provided upon request.
In certain circumstances, it may be possible to arrange for lower fees based on need. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have about the
fee arrangement.
Insurance
Many insurance policies provide reimbursement for psychological services. However, policies vary widely and do not always provide reimbursement for out-of-network providers. A statement of your account will be available on a monthly basis for submission for possible reimbursement.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
